Joanne joined our team after first experiencing physiotherapy as a patient herself. Her positive experience inspired her to become part of the clinic family, where she now welcomes patients at the front desk with a friendly smile and a caring attitude. Joanne enjoys connecting with people and helping patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.
Outside of work, Joanne is a passionate sports fan who never misses a chance to cheer on the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Blue Jays. She also loves spending time with her grandchildren, gardening, and enjoying the outdoors.
